Important information and measures regarding the corona virus

By now we know that the corona crisis will continue to exist for a longer period of time. To guarantee the health and safety of our clients and employees we have taken measures so we can continue to provide the best care for our patients.

The emergency care clinic, as well as the specialist clinic, stay open. 


Stricter measures from 1 October 2020

  • [NEW]We will ask you to wait in the waiting room while we examine your pet. The examination of your pet will be done by the vet and an assistant without your presence. The vet will update you by phone. There will be some exceptions of this rule, for example in case of an euthanasia. 
     
  • [NEW]Wearing a facemask is mandatory in the waiting room. We will ask you to bring your own face mask and wear it when you enter the clinic.
     
  • Are you having a cold, (persistent)coughing, a sore throat or a fever? Or have you been in contact with a COVID positive person during the last 2 weeks we would like you to have your pet accompanied by another person.
     
  • Please disinfect your hands when entering our clinic. You can use our disinfecting sprays (alcohol) at the entrance.
     
  • To minimize the risk, we ask you to send only one healthy adult person to accompany your pet. Please check in with our receptionists only 5 minutes before your appointment. If possible, wait outside or in your car, so we can avoid crowds in our waiting room. 
     
  • Check in with our receptionist when entering the clinic. If you have the possibility to wait outside, you can leave your phone number with our receptionists. We will alarm you when it’s your turn. 
     
  • If it is not possible to wait outside, please take a seat in the waiting room. Don’t forget to wear your mask and keep a safe distance (1,5 meters) towards other pet owners. 
     
  • Please pay by card, we do NOT accept cash. We will email you the receipt.
